What does the membership cost?
Sawyer’s Pack is $12.95 per month, per system. Contact Derek Sawyer’s to enroll and confirm coverage for your home.
What does the No Breakdown Guarantee cover?
Complete your recommended repairs and tune-ups, and we guarantee your system won’t break down for 12 months. If it does, we return at no charge for the visit.
How does the 100% Money Back Guarantee work?
If you’re not satisfied with a system replacement or repair, tell us within 30 days. We’ll make it right, and if we’re unable to, we’ll refund the replacement or repair invoice.
Are there qualifications for membership benefits?
The annual sewer evaluation requires an accessible cleanout. Full HVAC replacement credits apply to Deluxe systems or above; partial replacement credits apply to an AC or furnace only. For repipes, drains, and panels, the brochure lists up to $1,000 off full projects of $10,000 and above, and $500 off projects of $5,000 and above. Terms and conditions may apply. Can I transfer my membership if I move?
Yes. If you move within our service area, your membership will transfer to your new home.
